Exchange and Return:

At FootLab, we strive to provide a pleasant shopping experience for all our customers. For your peace of mind, if your order arrives and it is not suitable for any reason, you can exchange or return it at your own expense (shipping costs are the customer"s responsibility). Please note that discounted goods can only be exchanged and that too only once.

Conditions for Exchange and Return:

The shoes must be unused. No shoes that have been used, damaged, or are not in the same condition as when you received them will be accepted for exchange or return.
The shoe box must be kept and in its original condition.
Exchanges can be made within four days, and returns can be made within two days from the date of receiving the shoes from the shipping company. Please note that discounted items can only be exchanged within two days.
If the customer wishes to return or exchange items from the online store, the shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

Steps for Exchange and Return for Orders Outside Riyadh:

Wait until we issue the shipping label in your name and send it to your email.
Go to the nearest branch of the shipping company and ship the products.
Upon receiving the item from the customer, we will inspect it. If there is no defect or damage, we will proceed with refunding your money or exchanging the shoes.

For exchanges and returns within Riyadh, this is only done through the showroom.
